Well this is what happen yall
Saturday – My comp and I wanted to have a relaxing pday so we went to the office and wrote then we went back home I cooked burgers and we watched a movie then we went to a baptism in pachacutec! I baptized Carmen Noelia Riquez Ponce, she and her sister Isclianca Riquez Ponce were two girls that I taught in pachacutec and they called me up on Friday and asked if I could baptism the next day and I was like heck to the yeah!! They are amazing girls and I just hope that they will always hold onto their faith and walk in the path of the lord! But yeah being in pachacutec again was amazing. I miss that ward and that area and those people a lot! Pachacutec will always have a very dear memory in my heart!!
Sunday- Honestly Sunday was alright not one of my best days but it was cool! Nothing crazy cool happened except for lunch after church we went to this one hermanas house and HOLY CRAP it was like walking into a house from the united states!! So cool, she was loaded with money!! And she has these 3 dogs and oh man when we were waiting for the food to cook I went out and played with them. We went hard I had my tie wraped around my head as I was junking out these three dogs!! The Hermana got a kick out that and she came out into the yard and started taking pictures and video recording it!! And she said oh silly silly elder, you make me laugh and then I said you know and then gave her a little wink haha jk but holy cow I miss having a dog so much!!
Monday – “¿Entonces Tu conoces el hombre de Muffin?” “El Hombre De Muffins” “Si yo conozco el hombre de muffins, quien vive en dourly lane?” “Bueno ella está casado a el hombre de muffins.” “El hombre de muffins” “El hombre de muffins!!” “Ella esta casado a el hombre de muffins.” Well i have no idea why i put that but it just came into my mind and then i wanted to translate it! Haha but yeah on Monday we switched gyms!! And I found this gym that is only 10 soles more (3dollars) more a month and it is like a gym from the states!! It has a TRACK BACK BEHIND IT!!! And it isn’t made out of dirt or cement it is a actually nice track that we can use and it is full size it even has a stipple chase hurdle!! I am very very pleased with the decision to switch!! Haha but there is this train that works there and he is a nice dude and strong but the first day he tried to train me and teach me how to lift….. And let me say he maybe would be a good trainer if he wasn’t trying to train 12 people at one time! Like for real his job is to help out and put everyone on workouts who is in the gym!! It is probably super hectic for him. So I just told him nahh man I am alright I have been lift for a while and it’s all good brother!! (idk why but I get really bugged when people try to help me or tell me how to do something, when I know that I know more about the subject then they do. I know it is one of my struggles and weakness, that I need to deal with that kind of pride in my life but yeah its all good!!) and then in the night we had a awesome awesome lesson with these two new investagators!! And wow amazing! It was a husband and wife and the husbands dad and mom were there and his dad is a bishop for another ward!! So for our family night we just went around telling a spiritual experience that we had in our life!! Wow it was amazing and they are a amazing family!!
Tuesday – So Tuesday was a good day, the office was super normal not much happened, just made a lot of reading charts and also documents for English for the mission and then after all that we left and went and taught and oh gosh Moreno and I made two of the most funniest videos ever!! So the first lesson we had was with this set of twins! One is active and the other hasn’t been to church in forever!! Oh and they are both 76 years old!! And we were just talking and then one of them starts saying NEVER but in English and that made us laugh so we start videotaping and during the middle of the lesson they started fighting!! But then at the end of the night we went to this one pair of grandparents in the ward because on Monday we missed their lesson with them, so went there to say sorry and every time when we go there we sneak up on the grandma and scare her haha and this time it was so so funny!! But we probably be more careful with that I don’t want to scare her into having a heart attack!!
Wednesday – So elder Moreno went to a zone conference with the assistants and president to help them use and set up the sound system!! I don’t know if I have ever said this but he use to be a DJ before the mission!! Haha but yeah so I was solo and I made a but load of charts and things for English and materials and it feels good to be done well kinda! These next few days I have to call up all the English leaders and show them all the new changes!! But what else happened!! Oh in the night time we had the interview for Rodrigo and he passed!! He can get baptized so we are all good there!! Haha but he asked me to baptize him!! Man I am just a lucky duck, cause all my converts have asked me to baptize them!! And I know that Rodrigo isn’t my convert but both of mine and elder morenos but it is always cool to baptize them!! So the baptism will be at 3 pm on Saturday!! Super-duper excited!! Well nothing else except I really like dancing a lot in the house with elder Moreno!! Haha both of us have moves! Like we dance funny but we can dance!!
Thursday – so let me think about Thursday, so I just missed my beautiful loving fun-go-getting family. For real like I am not lying, and hey I think it is alright cause yeah I am focused on the lord and my calling and mission right now, but my family is my life. I have had a couple days out of my 9 months out here where I just miss my family and I know I will have a couple more days of that. And yeah not ganna lie when I have these days they are kinda hard when I think holy Hannah montana I got 15 more months before I get to see my family again. Then I think of all the good times we have had, and how all of my family members are all so awesome and diferent in their own way and how excited I am to be with them again and then when I can have the chance to call a beautiful little lady my wife and then have some kids of my own! (which by the way is not going to happen for a very long time (like 3 or 4 years after my mission and with kids 7 years after!!)) haha I don’t want to get married fast! But with all that said, it also pumps me up for one of three reasons!
1. I love my family so much and I want to work hard and try my hardest to make them proud.
2. I know how wonderful it is having a enteral family and how selfish I would be if I didn’t go out and spread that news to every signle person who is alive.
3. My heavenly father my other dad has blessed me so much and know I will work my hardest for him and put all of my other life worries on hold for him!
1. Learning Spanish – It such a wonderful thing that I will use for the rest of my life.
2. My Family – I say this a lot but I really love them all with all my heart and they are truly the best.
3. Mason Baumer - Been one of my friends since sophomore year and is a great guy. He can make anyone life or smile and I really admire that!
4. Treadmills – I actually love running on them because I can see how fast I am going and I feel like I can run faster on them
5. Not being lazy – freak so many people are lazy and don’t take too extra seconds to do something right!! Like this morning I picked up like 20 wrappers because after someone ate it they just threw it on the ground!! What are you thinking??
6. Testimonies – We can teach words and thoughts and Ideas to the mind but when we testify, we teach to the heart.
7. The Divine Gift of Gratitude talk by Thomas S. Monson – made me think of how much more I can be grateful for.
8. My family – today I have actually been kinda homesick and that is not a bad thing because every missionary has here or there but I am just so thankfull I have a family who has so much love for one another! Oh my I miss them and love them so much.
9. Advice – we can either accept it or reject it but it is always there to help us out so yeah I like that.
10. Kacee My Beautiful older Sister Houle – I have been just thinking about her and man we are very much alike, here are a couple just random things that I have noticed, We both are lovers of Gum maybe even a little too much, we like to have things clean neat and organized, we like stuff down our way or in a correct way (which is usually are way;) we love to compete and better ourselves, things might get heated but we are quick to say I love you after. Those are just a few but I really love my older sister a lot, she is amazing person with such a bright personality and I am so very blessed that I have had her in my life watching over me helping me and loving me for 20(almost) years! Love you sis!
11. Running – I am kinda weird but I love running on the treadmill! I like that I can push myself hard and make myself run fast on that machine! But nothing nothing beats nature runs!! In 15month I am ready to go back and run razor back in cedar city!
12. Pictures of Christ – I love looking at him, the one who gave it all for us to have it all. I love the sweet spirit that always comes when I think of him and his love his charity his patience and all of attribute of the son of god.
13. River Sanderson – He is such a great guy, always positive and looking for the best of people and situations, always ready to joke around and have a good time!
14. Remember the Titans – I just love this movie, loved quoting it with my bestfriend colton during football practice!
15. Quoting stuff – It is just the best and it always make me happy and laugh!!
16. Reading my scriptures in espanol – it is cool cause first it is the scriptures and 2nd it is sometimes like a puzzle when I stumble upon a word I don’t know.
17. Memorize – learning cool new words and practicing and memorizing them is fun!
18. Marriage – it is such a beautiful thing that our father in heaven has given us that we can be with the one we love forever and then have our kids with us too!!
19. Talking – talking about the good and the bad it is all good!!
20. The prophet – I have grown up with 2 prophets in my life Gordon b hickley and Thomas s monson and both of those men are just wonderful amazing men of god who have the full key of the gospel to lead and guide us.
21. Cracking my elbows – it just feels good baby
22. Making someone laugh – best feeling ever if you are in a group of people and you can just tell a joke or do a fun thing and people laugh at it!!
